TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By using Company services or purchasing products, Customers acknowledge agreement to these terms. Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase products. Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
1. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Payment methods include Credit Card and Debit Card. Payments are due upon purchase. Refunds and exchanges are governed by the Refund Policy.
2. Product Information
Products are biodegradable and/or compostable. Product labelling and composition comply with Canadian Regulations. Certifications: (ISO, ASTM).
3. Liability and Warranty
The Company disclaims liability for damages exceeding purchase price. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 60 Days after purchase. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and defect documentation.
4. Intellectual Property
The Company retains ownership of trademarks, copyrights and patents. Customers may not reproduce or distribute Company materials for the purpose of resale without permission/authorization.
5. Refund Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days or purchase. Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of return receipt. Refunds are issued in the original payment method only. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: We collect name, email, phone number, address and payment information. Purpose: To process transactions, communicate and improve services. Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and secure storage. Sharing: We don't share personal information with third parties, except for payment processing and shipping. Access and Correction: Customers can update account information or request deletion by contacting us. Compliance: We comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by [British Columbia/Canada] laws. Disputes will be resolved through Admin@Maxano.Org.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update terms without notice. Changes are effective upon posting.
