Refunds

For a refund please contact admin@maxano.org. Please include your receipt and any questions you may have.

• Returns accepted within 30 days. Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned product
• Refunds are issued in the original payment method only.
• Refunds will not include the cost of shipping unless there is a shipping error and the products were not received.

Returns and Exchanges

For a returns please contact admin@maxano.org. Please include your receipt and any questions you may have as well as your reason for returning the product.

• Return and exchanges shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
• Products must be free of scratches and any wear. If Damage occurred during shipping please include pictures and shipping package.

Liability and Warranty

• The Company disclaims liability for damages exceeding purchase price. 
• Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 60 days. 
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and defect documentation.
